Salmon and Kale Pasta

A baby's brain grows rapidly between birth and their third birthday. With most of this growth taking place in the first year, it's important to introduce good sources of Omega - 3 fatty acids. These essential nutrients are found in seafood. Therefore, it is important to introduce appropriate fish to babies (however as seafood is one of the top allergic foods, please follow doctors advice on the right time to introduce into your baby's diet). Research even suggests that babies and children who regularly eat fish develop healthy brains and eyes and are less likely to develop asthma. This is also a great recipe for pregnant women who should regularly eat low mercury fish to ensure healthy development of their baby.
